“Clients need to know all contractors are not the same. Genuine pride and achievement in high levels of care are reflected in our actual work product and tenure in the profession.”
– Richard Russell
Soundhouse Construction blends fine craftsmanship, innovation and technology to create healthy, safe, beautiful homes and commercial spaces that will endure. Trust Soundhouse to proudly bring the highest level of skill and care to your project. Testimonials and references are available upon request.
Here at Soundhouse, our commitment to realizing a client's vision means we will always employ “best practices” and build to a higher standard, just as knowledgeable and caring craftsmen have for generations. Not only do we use the best in traditional construction techniques, we also draw upon appropriate technologies to improve building durability, structure integration, fine finishing and extended maintenance, which adds considerable value to our clients' projects.
We maintain our commitment to quality by employing seasoned craftsmen under vigilant supervision. Always conscientious, our tradesmen receive the respect and support they deserve. And a 32-year record of no major or moderate accidents proves that we prioritize safe work conditions, and we intend to keep it that way.
Our in-house workshop utilizes the highest quality machinery to perform specialty functions such as custom cabinetry. And when it comes to on-time scheduling and on-price project completion, Soundhouse has a proven track record. Computerized line itemization and cost control measures help to track progress and accounting, and eliminating stressful guesswork.
Although Soundhouse prefers to give fixed-sum contracts, we accommodate client wishes and are willing to consider other contractual forms. Fixed-sum contracts require a clear understanding of the scope of a project – knowing plans, specifications, and determining the sequence of steps in order to provide the appropriate labor and specified material at the right time. With fixed contracts, the cost is fixed unless and until the scope of the work changes.
The benefit to you is peace of mind as Soundhouse Construction takes your project into the future with a home that’s made to last.
